Do you weigh the laundry when it is wet?

No, we weigh your order AFTER we have washed & dried it.

How does payment work?

After your items are clean and dry is whern they are weighed. You will then be Venmo for payment.

Do you do dry cleaning?

No, we currently "do not" do Dry Cleaning.

Is there a fee for pickup or delivery?

No. Pickup & delivery is always free.

What’s the turn-around time? 

You will have your laundry back the next day by close of business.

About how much does laundry weigh?

A 13 gallon kitchen trash bag of dry cloths weighs about 8-15lbs depending on type of clothing. ex. jeans weigh more than t-shirts.

Do you wash comforters? If so what is the average weight range?

The short answer is yes as long as the tags say the material is safe for machine wash and not dry clean only.

The weight of bed comforters varies based on size, material, and fill. Here are some general weight ranges:

Twin Comforters: 4 to 6 pounds
Full/Queen Comforters: 5 to 8 pounds
King Comforters: 7 to 10 pounds

Comforters that are typically recommended for dry cleaning (rather than machine washing) include:

Down or Feather-Filled Comforters: These can clump or lose loft in a conventional washer and may not dry properly, potentially leading to mold or odor issues.
Silk Comforters: Silk is delicate, and water can damage the fibers, making it best suited for dry cleaning.
Wool Comforters: Wool can shrink and lose its shape if washed conventionally. The fibers may also felt together with the heat and agitation of a dryer.
Cashmere or Other Luxury Fibers: These materials are delicate and can easily be damaged in a conventional washer and dryer.
