Do you weigh the laundry when it is wet?

No, we weigh your order AFTER we have washed & dried it.

How does payment work?

After your items are clean and dry is whern they are weighed. You will then be Venmo for payment.

Do you do dry cleaning?

No, we currently "do not" do Dry Cleaning.

Is there a fee for pickup or delivery?

No. Pickup & delivery is always free.

What’s the turn-around time? 

You will have your laundry back the next day by close of business.

Can I include my bedsheets in the Wash-Dry-Fold service?

Yes, of course.

About how much does laundry weigh?

A 13 gallon kitchen trash bag weighs about 8-15lbs depending on type of clothing. ex. jeans weigh more than t-shirts.
